Video Contest

Good day fellow Warriors!

I decided to make a video contest, because I want to see how you play Forgotten Elements and how you control your skills.
But that's not all: The best videosequences will be used for the trailer, which will be available soon!

There are some nice free video recording programs out there, such like Camstudio.
Small videos can be send to forgottenelements [-at-] googlemail.com or uploaded here, the link to larger videos can be put here.

All the best, I can't wait to see what you come up with!

also if you think you can be creative enough to bypass the simpleness of the program, if you have windows xp or better you automatically have a movie maker/editor call windows movie maker search for it on your computer in search or windows tab>all programs>accessories>entertainment>windows movie maker. it doesn't come with a lot of fancy stuff but I've seen some sick videos made with it before and there is no download necessary. as for recording the game footage i plan on using fraps, its free to record all you want in 30 second intervals but option to buy full version for non-stop recording, I've used it in some of my older first person shooter videos back when i used to play them a lot. at least you can combine audio and video with wmm (windows movie maker)

I didn't have a large time frame to whip up a better video using a compilation of many, smaller clips nor the time to wait for it to publish in perfect quality. Still, I hope it appeals to players and broadcasts the general idea of this wonderful game's experiences :D
